Electrical engineering · PE design & sealing

Steady power, engineered to code.

Electrical engineering, built to hold.

Renertia designs and seals electrical systems for residential, commercial and utility-interactive projects, from service entrances and distribution to solar PV and battery energy storage. Every drawing set is checked against the code edition and utility rules that govern its site.

  • Life safety, critical & equipment branches (NEC Art. 517)
  • Emergency generators & ATS (NFPA 99, 110)
  • Isolated power & patient care spaces

Commercial buildings

Offices, retail, restaurants and mixed-use, from core-and-shell to tenant fit-out.

  • Service & distribution design
  • Lighting, controls & energy code
  • Tenant metering & load studies

Industrial & manufacturing

Plants, warehouses and process facilities with motor and heavy equipment loads.

  • Motor control & feeder design
  • Medium-voltage services
  • Short-circuit & arc-flash studies

Education & public buildings

Schools, universities, municipal and government facilities.

  • Emergency & egress lighting
  • Fire alarm power coordination

How a project runs

From intake to sealed set

  1. 01

    Intake

Site, equipment and scope collected. Missing items are listed up front, not discovered late.

  2. 02

    Code basis

We confirm the NEC edition, local amendments and utility requirements for the address.

  3. 03

    Design

Calculations and drawings prepared to a consistent sheet standard.

  4. 04

    Engineer review

A licensed engineer checks every sheet before anything is sealed.

  5. 05

    Seal & support

Signed and sealed set delivered, with responses to AHJ and utility comments.

Licensure
